North East Tribal Kingdom

Day 01 Kolkata – Jorhat
Today in time transfer to airport to board your flight to Jorhat. Upon your arrival in Jorhat drive to your hotel and check for relax. Rest of the day will be free to roam in the market. Overnight will be at Jorhat.

Day 02 Jorhat – Itanagar
Morning drive to Itanagar the capital city of Arunachal Pradesh. Reach Itanagar and check in at your hotel for relax. Evening will be free to roam in the city and mingle up with the local people. Overnight will be at hotel in Itanagar.

Day 03 Itanagar – Ziro
This morning drive to Ziro, 150 km from Itanagar. Reach and check in at hotel. Inhabited by the Apatani people, Ziro is a beautiful plateau dotted with a number of hillocks beneath the lush paddy fields. The Apatanis are known for their hospitality, more so during festivals like Myoko, Murung and Dree. The women design beautiful handloom and handicrafts products. They practice the famous paddy-cum-fish culture cultivation. Overnight will be at Ziro.

Day 04 - Ziro
Today morning have your breakfast at hotel and than proceed to visit the villages near by to visit Apatani tribes of Arunachal. Most Apatanis are loyal followers of the Danyi-Piilo faith, who pray to the Sun and the Moon. The dress of the Apatanis is elaborate and colorful, yet simple in style. Tattooing and the stuffing of large nose plugs were once popular among the women, although this practice has gradually fallen into decline in recent years. Return to your hotel in Ziro by evening. Overnight will be at Ziro.

Day 05 - Ziro
This full day will be free to visit the nearby villages. Evening will be free at leisure. Overnight will be at Ziro.

Day 06 Ziro – Daporijo
This morning after breakfast drive to Daporijo, 160 km from Ziro. Reach and check in at hotel for short wash and change. Later visit Tagin tribal village. Tagin is one of the Tani Tribes of Arunachal. Overnight will be at Daporijo.

Day 07 Daporijo – Along
Today morning drive to Along after breakfast. Reach and check in at your hotel. Later visit the village of Adi and Galo tribes. Overnight will be at Along.

Day 08 Along – Passighat
In the morning leave Along for your next destination Passighat. Reach and visit the Galo and Minyong tribal villages. Return to your hotel by evening. Overnight will be at Passighat.

Day 09 Passighat – Dibrugarh
Today leave for Dibrugarh and cross the river Brahmaputra by boat. Reach Dibrugarh and check in at your hotel for relax. Rest of the day will be free to explore the local market. Overnight will be at Dibrugarh.

Day 10 Dibrugarh – Kolkata
Today in time transfer to airport to catch your flight to Kolkata. Upon your arrival in Kolkata you will be transferred to international airport to board your flight back to home.
